The things you explained are done by the Ripple platform. The coin XRP has nothing to do with it. XRP will never be used to transfer money between banks.

Also market manipulation is very common in XRP. There is lot of XRP whales and unless you are a whale too it would be really difficult to survive in the market

Yes, Ripple isn't crypto. It's a Visa Cash Giftcard that doesn't use Visa servers but instead relies on blockchain nodes for its processing power.

You can't think of Ripple like other cryptos - it's not decentralized, nor is it focused on any other the other things other cryptocurrencies do.

But the fact is that XRP is on trade list of various exchange.

I think ripple should stay in crypto. Maybe there are things to fix by the team beyond our knowledge. I still see ripple as one of the good coin if the team do hard word to improve and give the supporters a compact service in the launch of upgraded system.

Aside the effect of its elimination on the 100 companies, it will also affect adversely the crypto market in general. Looking at the market cap at the moment, ripple stands the 3rd position. Day traders and investors prefer to use ripple because of its market cap and mainstream market demand.

These companies are not anyone but the Banks. These are the community who do not really want to crypto rising. I would not be unhappy if they even go away for good. I do not need banks controlling my money with fake notes.

I think Ripple, if sold during the pumps, can make you a lot of money... but I am fundamentally against coins where the DEV teams own so much of the supply.. Its been okay so far with slow leaking tokens but that could turn south rather quickly with one argument or quick cash out leading to a flash crash.  Sometimes I wonder if people even realize how much of the token supply is owned by the Devs and with things like MTL for example where one investor dumping in a down market almost killed the tokens momentum.. Ripple could easily go that route.... nevertheless I always buy a bag when Ripple's really down to preset a pump price for when it will inevitably pump later.
