Aside the huge benefits we all enjoy in the world of crypto, one way or the other, we have some moments we ever regretted because of a bad choice or an unforseen situation that comes our way. Mine has always been the day i traded a $6000 worth token for just $120  . i can never forget that anyaway.

Not selling my bags at 2X thinking it would go 3x. But it went downhill from there, even crashed to -50%

Not selling my airdrop tokens that worth 3000-4000$ at one point..

I think that it is all relative. Selling an investment worth $6000 for $120 must have hurt, but there must have been an urgent reason to make that kind of decision. Otherwise, surely the best thing to do would have been buy more and then your selling point for evens/profit would have dropped drastically. Personally I am confident in the market recovery, so have decided not to sell at a loss, but should I need the money at some point, I would do it in a heartbeat. That's life right, win some, lose some. All that said, the last couple of months have felt like swallowing knives.

You worth in the crypto was the $120. nothing more, nothing less. Imagine my $2000 worth of crpto turning to $170 today. I think the $2000 wasn't mine . Maybe I deserve the $170 that's why i didn't withdraw the money. I am still a hodler anyway

I think my worst moment is that when I sold one of my coins (worth 200usd) when it reached 400usd, but in less than a day, the price mooned and reached almost 20k usd. I really wished that I didn't sell earlier that day, I may have earned a lot more, although if I still hold that coin now, it will only worth 20usd. Haha, such a pump and dump coin.
