You are right but the problem is that the concept may be very good and the application much needed. But the tram may not have any intention of pusing forward with development.

ok , we dont know they before , but linked id make the project looking better.
and the last for me is whitepaper.

In my opinion, ALIS is a good ICO.
They are creating Japanese owned media with block-chain rewarding system.
Their team is transparent and updates activities every day on twitter.

Their ICO was a big success with x3 returns, and got to the moon due to burn.
After the burn, the price is stable already, and it seems good timing to buy it.
