I live in Quebec so we pay 5.82¢/kWh CAD... I havent seen cheaper anywhere..  There is a few mining rentals companies setting up around here exactly for that reason..  but I only have 50Mh/s on ETH for now... I<m more cryptonight at the moment..

I live in Russia and my mini rig brings me about $161/month at the current Ethereum rate. From this profit I pay $25 for electricity. Thus, the ratio is 84% / 16%. I think that's not bad.
