Which is better for a long-term investment now - Ethereum or Bitcoin?

If ETH reaches the value of $1000 by the end of 2017 you can see that it has the potential for any long term investment to double its profit. And it the value of ETH rapidly increases then there's aready a serious rivalry between ETH and Bitcoin. Long term investment for both coins I think would be a good idea.

ETH, It doesnt have the problems associated with Bitcoin. Its developer team is more active than Bitcoin.
Above all, the number of projects being launched on ETH blockchain are humongous. THe sheer number of smart contract being made on Eth, justifies its price and usage unlike bitcoin which is called just a store of wealth (which get replaced by something else if they dont improve their tech)
ETH is not without issues, but at least their dev are making constant and visible efforts to mend it.

I believe BTC will move more towards an asset and ETH more towards shars in a facilitating network (simplifying here) so both are valid investments depending on your overall investment strategy and horizon.

I think it would be wise to lay down in bitcoin and eperium. I think gradually these coins will show themselves. And also need to consider other altcoins)))) Dogs for example and reply not too bad to show!!!
