Everyone these days have been passing on litecoin after charlie removed himself from the conflict on interest. Litecoin according to me has great potential to be something that has actual use in the market. They are rising steadily but with the recent events, what is the people's view on litecoin? To hold, to dump or to buy the dip?

Well for me it's better to hold and if you have some btc buy more ltc at the dip. It will soon recover just like any coin. You'll surely earn more.

Long term I think Litecoin's price can still appreciate significantly. It is already in the top 10, so potential gains are not as much as with coins with smaller market caps. I think it's a coin with lower risk, which also comes with lower potential rewards. I do not foresee it ever dropping out of the top 20, and if you think the total crypto marketcap will increase significantly over time as I do, then it's quite reasonable to have it in a diversified portfolio. But don't expect 100x gains with the current price.
