Mining to eth is very tough right now should i start mining eth with the atc miner or anyother cloud base mining software ?
is it profitable?

If you already own the hardware, I would start by using it and move some of the profits into cloud mining, so you diversify your mining efforts.

Don't really know how to do minning. But I think we have experts in the house who can teach us the basics of ether mining.
