Ripple has been sued yet again over allegations that it breached US securities law with the sale and marketing of its XRP cryptocurrency. The new lawsuit alleges that the defendant conducted unfair and fraudulent business practices in violation of California law.

Now this is the event that Ripple is waiting for because Ripple certainly has an evil plan when RIpple is released from Jed McCaleb's wallet to sell it quickly to get Fiat.

I think this California legal case is the effect of that because Jed McCaleb is willing to sell Ripple in various markets.
Then I also really appreciate the legal institutions in California who are quick to respond to fraud from Ripple. We hope Ripple in the future have good plan for this problem !!

I think this is a good way of financial authority from California because there really has to be strict issues as sensitive as cryptocurrency.
If only Ripple violated the rules then surely Ripple must be slapped so that Ripple became introspective and better in the future.

This proves that Ripple always has a problem in the system in it and this has been known since it was first created.

As far as I know, the states of the USA have different regulations in law, rules, life or cryptocurrency regulations.

California is definitely a big state and certainly has strong laws for daily life.
Moreover, the law that binds Ripple's cryptocurrency is always throwing tantrums in various worlds and this I agree that Ripple is rebuked by California law!

I think cryptos acceptance in general  by countries and major banks around the world as compared to the last bull run will boost these potential gains much higher once FOMO kicks in and the trillions of dollars sitting on the sidelines starts throwing itself into the crypto market.

ripple $1.77 would be just fine for me. I’m still in an accumulation stage myself. $1.77 would mean massive profit for me.
