There are some sites that give the full list of trusted exchanges. it is worth spending an hour at least and compare their rates. By the way, these rates change all the time, so use several exchanges.

Ripple is not a stable coin, and even if its price does not change for a long time, it is not proof of its stability. For me, XRP is a bit suspicious currency, not even crypto.
