In my opinion, ALIS is a good ICO.
They are creating Japanese owned media with block-chain rewarding system.
Their team is transparent and updates activities every day on twitter.

Their ICO was a big success with x3 returns, and got to the moon due to burn.
After the burn, the price is stable already, and it seems good timing to buy it.

We are following COMSA, too. They told COMSA is Japanese Ethereum

You need to read WP, Roadmap, assess the potential and future of the project, of course except for MLM projects. It would be better if the project was built and developed in the direction of a long-running and well-run business.

i agree with this one, long term is one of the good sign of a good ICO 

I like this as a reply, not many ICO'S put in a plan of business for long term, release a roadmap and stick to that you generally dont see past that roadmap.

Aside from the white paper and the road map, check also the community if it is active and has a large number of interesting investors, this will help you to decide whether the ICO is good or not.

Finding a good ico nowadays is the same as shoveling through a pile of s*it hopping to find the gold ring someone lost down the toilet...
nothing is assured... even if it is scam free, there is always the danger of the idea not being realistic, or the team is a bunch of geek dreamers that can't really get things going, or worse, they have a problem and just move on to other projects...anyway, possibilities for failure are so many that it is a miracle that some ICOs succed

I participated in LEDU ICO. So far, looks like the team is doing the good job to improve the project, so Im not regretting.

You can really start to feel the watering down effect of having so many ICOs and how much money they are trying to raise.. its definitely a different market.. I've looked at maybe 100-120 projects this year and I'm maybe interested in 5-6 total.. 10 or so may make  it past the ICO reversal exchange process back into profit, and over 100 are complete garbage.  What really irks me is when you have some stupid dapp type project and its got a 50 million dollar hardcap.. are you kidding me?

Well personallity i choose the ICOs projects which have real business and be backed by real companies and the community, the developer of team whom has large of experience in the business. It will helps ignore the bad ICOs.
