What are the common problems encountered in ALTCOINSTALKS?

I'm not sure we have any real problems.. I'd say the next step, however, is we really need to be helpful and supportive when it comes to the next market cycle in crypto which with any luck of an ETF being mentioned could send us to the trillion dollar mark for the first time.  I think we all need to keep inviting people who are fed up with the competition  and show them the better way (as far as more helpful and easier ranking system).  We all need to continue to be supportive of each other and reward helpful posts and try to discourage shitposting whenever possible.
