Talking of demand what do you mean? Is it that the market cap will be finished where people will be in need of another coins? Cryptocurrencies from what I know are always circulating among holders so there will be no way there will a demand for that.

Yes! Its happening now and the demand keeps growing. There is a news I read that Vytalik said that ETH will possibly can handle 1million transactions per second! Expect more demand if this is a legit news.
