Bitcoin cash can never over take bitcoin. What is happening now is pump and dumb. Yes the price of BCH is raising but that does not make it a contender of bitcoin. Segwit2X was never going to happen, it was just a planned market manipulation where some people are making profit.Bitcoin cash is just a copy of bitcoin which can not be like the original to me.

It is very likely for bch to overtake BTC. BTC has been the master of all cryptocurrencies and will continue to be till till. But there is no doubt that bch can do better.

Evolution is always present everywhere... computers started as huge and slow machines, do you continue to use those models??
BCH is faster and has ridiculous fees... Bitcoin is slow and has high fees (and the network is fragile like some people have seen recently with transfers taking a few DAYS)... are you convinced that evolution will not come to crypto??
the only thing that can save bitcoin from turning into a whale coin (and just that) is Lightning Network...

I want to laugh first because can you imagine that ,it is too hard to predict that Bitcoin Cash is become someday like Bitcoin because Bitcoin is the king of all coins and no one can broke the Bitcoin maybe the price of it will goes down but it will survive and fast rise up.

i'm not personally in favour of any of them, but you should check before stating these things... bitcash followed the original idea of satoshi because 1Mb block size for Bitcoin makes it more a test than a scalable coin... and bitcash just upgraded to 32Mb... almost instant transactions with almost no fees...i'm not a tech guy, but it seems obvious to me that bitcash presents a technologic evolution...
this doens't mean bitcoin will die... but it is becomming a vintage coin

Doubtful. Even with Roger Ver shilling Bcash and FUDding against BTC with the @bitcoin twitter and r/bitcoin it still didnt even come close to taking ethereum's spot. Bcash is trash, just a scam coin for Roger Ver to make money.

How on earth can bitcoin cash replace bitcoin gold? Bitcoin has been the crypto king Kong and I hope some other coin can replace it to create more competition but for the look of things, that is not going to happen in any time soon.

I don't see that going to happen, I also doubt that Bch will take over Btc. because we all know Btc is the first digital coin to appear, and currently has a very high value. leave other digital coins.

I never see this scenario to hapenning soon. Even how bch struggle to take over btc but still the latter leads the whole market to btc advantage. But thing is uncertain here so many if the bch team can present a good marketing plan then maybe it can. But right now its too far to happen.

I think this will be difficult, even though there is actually an opportunity for that because in any Cryptocurrency it can happen. Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency, with the highest value and strong trust from the public, for this reason it will be difficult for coins to defeat Bitcoin.

Even though it has advantages that Bitcoin Cash doesn't have, I think Bitcoin will always be superior to BCH. Bitcoin has unique concepts and performance. And the place Bitcoin market is higher than BCH. So, it still takes a long time for BCH to beat Bitcoin.

i think it is the little people with a small amount of BTC that are being hurt by these fees & slow confs. If you have a large amount of BTC you can whack a large fee on it and get it through.

I think it will be difficult for that and maybe BitcoinCash also has to defeat the dominance of Ethereum and Ripple which are ranked 2 and 3 coinmarketcap.
Then BitcoinCash also often makes arguments that are very contrary to Bitcoin, which is what can make traders afraid to buy BitcoinCash.

I think it will not possible. Bitcoin is a great platform and well known. Its ok that BCH hass got the popularity and potential. We just watched how much its drop down. It could be a pair with btc but its so tough to overcome btc.I think BCH has a great future.

Honestly I don't really think Bitcoin Cash will ever take over bitcoin.First of all with out bitcoin this alternative coin Bitcoin cash wouldn't have existed in the first place and bitcoin cash depends on bitcoin as well,if bitcoins price increases as far as I've noticed bitcoin cash goes down as well.

Based on the history of the two coins they have bigger differences and i still believe bitcoin will beat all coins because currently bitcoin holds as the most expensive coin and other coins are very far behind even its falling to high.

That cannot happen anytime soon. Bitcoin has a very strong influence over all crypto assets, and it is the number of crypto currencies. BitcoinCash is a fork from bitcoin, and it having a fast trnx confirmation does not give it a chance of taking even a second place in capitalization.

Bitcoin cannot be copied by altcoins because all the benchmarks for altcoins are in all the assets that they have against Bitcoin.

Only according to Roger Ver and in the reality BCH is too far behind BTC. If Roger Wants its BCH to take over first he needs to do lots of things like stopping war which is already happening inside BCH.

Both the coins are potential coins. But bitcoin is the No.1 cryptocurrency and it will never let go its position.
A lot of people seem to think BCH will win because BTC fails, but that's not how it will go down. It will be the other way around.
BCH will succeed because it's lesser focused on actual adoption, while BTC despises adoption (one-day people will look back and think of BTC as the hubris that brought down many once-powerful empires). And then BTC will fall as a result. The high fees and things like that alone will never kill BTC.
Ordinary speculative investors probably can't see it yet but there is a LOT happening behind the scenes in BCH, including developer ecosystem and merchant adoption. These are what will make BCH succeed.
One can convert bitcoin cash to bitcoin (http://seo abuse/bitcoin-cash-abc/bitcoin-cash-abc-to-bitcoin) to get 0.035 BTC at leading exchanges like Binance, Coinswitch, Changelly etc, which is a good range to convert.

No I don't think so, in the 2017 year there has been a time Bitcoin cash take over Bitcoin but only because of the fomo in the market. Actually Bitcoin cash is the same with Bitcoin but with faster speed to reduce the burden of Bitcoin

I don’t think so, in general not any altcoin or even BCH can ever outrun BTC, because most big investors invest in BTC for a quick or long profit because with BTC it’s much faster to get profit.
