They like weapons, not war. Actual war entails mass casualties and economic recession in the warring countries. I don't think the majority of governments want that (except for Russia, evidently!  ), however they are thirsty for an endless supply of new weapons to replace the old weapons once they become obsolete, since they see all the other governments doing that as well.

Wars are mainly of interest to arms manufacturers (one of the most powerful and influential industries in the world) and a few politicians who, of course, will not go to the front to fight, nor will their children or relatives. The reasons are money, geopolitics, natural resources... The problem in this case is that Russian citizens, who have not decided to initiate any invasion, are paying the consequences, thanks to the fact that Binance has to do what they are told from the United States to have a certain “freedom of movement”. It is a shame that in 2024 some politicians have not learned anything from the recent history of humanity...

There are always certain criteria and Binance must have reasons and can prevent it from being able to carry out transactions in its place.
