Firstly, if prices of altcoins are falling, i advice you to wait because it is not abnormal in the crypto market. There are times prices will fall and later rebound, and i think it has been this way since the inception of cryptocurrency.
Now, one of the reasons why prices fall is due low demand of many of these altcoins. The lowal the demand, the lowal the prices, vice versa.

I think this is just another correction, because right now we stood still and at times there was a small pump, but now high dump has started, but it will end soon and the Market Cap till $300 billions will return again.

Agreed but it doesn't mean that we dont have ways on how to make altcoins rise. Ive been in the crypto industry that long that I can noticed the huge difference between bitcoin and altcoin level. For mee altcoins are really tend to be altcoins in such way their usage will somehow can be say as copy cat of bitcoin. Well that's true but not the case on some projects who want to improve many aspect of blockchain such as scalability and its real use cases around the globe. I believe only altcoins can have this way and its already happening.

Altcoins season will come after Bitcoin halving. So, just wait till the next year. Halving is scheduled on May 2020.
If you have top altcoins, just hold them and don't worry so much. Set for a long term asset and don't be influenced by FUDs.

Yeah, it probably can rise and not impossible to have bullish as well. As long as the community still support altcoins and trade them in the market, they will have a chance to increase. Moreover, I hear about halving that can trigger the rising of all coins. It may be one of the factors to rise altcoins prices.

Altcoin is indeed down, but that does not mean altcoin will die. Except Altcoin-altcoin does not have support and a large community. In august, I don't know what was the reason why the cryptos were fallen, I don't even heard negative news about cryptos in that month, but for now I'm glad that they are starting to recover because of the speech of Chinese President about the blockchain.

I don't care of market falling because I am a victim of market crashing losses. I already lost about 50000$ Due to market crashing. So I always ready to take a risk. I always patience myself. Cryptocurrency market unstable and always crashes.

For me the one obvious reason is the market has losing its steam to support the price of the most altcoins, that's because the holders are losing confidence due to the negative news that damaging the entire industry and causing more "Fear uncertainty and Doubt" on the cryptocurrency industry as a whole.

Nothing as unusual as all the coins has its bear and bull moment every time. Crypto is not for the weak so if you are someone who gets easily affected by the bleeding market, I suggest you better withdraw your money and invest it somewhere else you think is better than crypto. Those who stick to crypto through thick and thin, through a green port or a red port will see an opportunity on a bleeding market and invest more as they are positive that it will eventually rise up again especially those altcoins that had already proven their worth.

As far as know it keeps repeatedly happening so its a normal thing in the cryptocurrency industry. Fallen price is just cause by massive dumping of some altcoins since if we compare to some altcoins some of its price are stable so i think its not all altcoins price are fallen but only some of it.

As I see it today, price decreases are not like in 2018 where BTC prices were under $ 5k and there are still investors who save coins for the long term and don't trade, so we only see price reductions occurring at any time, there is an increase but not too high.

Altcoins falling price can be attributed to low investors confidence that's why it was resulting into a massive dump. But sometimes its a result correction by the overheated market movements. or let me say that because of the large number of altcoins the market will become saturated that resulted in unstable altcoin prices.

Yeah most altcoins this year has fallen but many has also raised in prices it only depends on you and the forecast you set. Coins like Netbox NBX has been increasing in price every since it listed. You can also check it out. I know better years are still ahead of the altcoins

I am not really sure that the altcoin market has improved. Instead, I heard an issue that many altcoins are delisted from some exchanges. It may be caused by the bad progress on the altcoin market. We know that people prefer to buy Bitcoin than altcoins.

Well, this is not true to be precise. Altcoins are falling while Bitcoin is falling, that's all. So, if Bitcoin rises in 2020 (as it is mostly speculated) then altcoins will rise too. Some altcoins are pretty promising in my opinion, for example ETH. Sometimes I buy/trade them because on my exchange (CoinDeal) many of cryptocurrencies are available. And I don't consider buying altcoins as not profitable at all.

Not only altcoins have fallen so badly, bitcoin price as well and we might say the whole crypto market has been suffering in this. One thing for sure, after this bear market we will see bull market again and altcoins who have no use-case cant survived in this bear market. Only the useful ones will stay alive.

well the factor that the altcoins fell is that the bitcoin is pumping. It has a side effect on the value based on satoshis of a coin. It is very different from the scenario last bull run wherein when bitcoin pumps, the altcoin's satoshi value also pumps. I hope this will repeat when the next bull run comes.

It was mid 2019 when this thread was published and today its january 2020 already but when it comes to the market situation. for me there is nothing significant change was added ever since from that date of writing these thread its already the same. But hopefully in the second quarter of this year 2020 i was expecting a major movement in the most of cryptocurrency prices in the market. but still its just an speculation but who knows it will be happen.

You better see the current market conditions. Almost all altcoins have increased. And this is very good progress. We don't need to worry anymore about the price. Prices will rise slowly until bitcoin halving.

There have obviously been significant differences from the time this thread was written. There have been several altcoins that have gone up significantly, especially B Family. In a surprise rise to 100%. Maybe in Q2, it will go higher.
