So many buzzwords written about this patnership when it's just about buying/selling USDC for fiat currency in Africa. Anyway, I can see how it will benefit those who will take advantage of this as a lot of African currencies are weak against the USD (https://africa.businessinsider.com/local/markets/worst-performing-african-currencies-against-the-us-dollar-last-year/z4tlyt1?op=1).

Quote
Below are the worst performing African currencies against the US dollar in 2023:
Rank    Currency    Depreciation percentage
1    Nigerian naira    -55.0
2    Angolan kwanza    -39.2
3    Malawian kwacha    -39.1
4    Zambian kwacha    -29.5
5    Burundi franc    -27.6
6    Congolese franc    -24.0
7    Kenyan shilling    -20.9

Nigeria will definitely be Coinbase' main market.

If you're from Africa, better hope that your Central Banks won't do any silly move to block this.
