Polkadot (DOT) has released their official Mobile wallet named PolkaWallet (https://polkawallet.io). Which can be used for holding, staking, Governance and Interchain.

As it is online and not free from the risk of hack, i would recommend Trezor T (https://trezor.io/coins/) hardware wallet which is secured. It supports many features including staking facilities.

I know about it but till now i didn’t use this polkawallet .i think it is better to Store DOT. Currently i am holding my dot in binance. But i planet to Hold dot in polkawallet. Thanks

just heard about this, honestly, this is a good breakthrough that Polkadot has done...
So far I have kept my Polkadot in the Atomic wallet even though I never encountered any problems while I was there but I would like to try Polkawallet because they provide a staking feature there.

You can use their official wallet (https://polkawallet.io) for holding DOT. or You can use Binance exchange for holding or staking DOT. Kraken, Kucoin, Bithumb exchange also provides DOT staking facilities.

You have missed the opportunity to purchase when we provide update under $8.00. It's bad luck for not only you but also others who haven't able to purchase under $10. Right now it's time to confusion whether uptrend or correction stage. But in the long run, it's a good investment in my opinion. So according to your balance, you can purchase with little amount regularly to increase amount of holds.

Right, There no wallet that is more safer than Hardware wallet but those wallets offers lower rate of staking where Binance and few Exchanges offer higher than wallets. That's why investors and traders prefer to imply in staking Binance although it's risky but also more profitable too. :)

At the end if you calculate what you will be getting from staking it is not very much or should i say it is not almost worth it, in fact i just realize that after staking my dia for 45 days that i had just left them and do occasional flipping it would have given me much more than what binance is offering for 45 days of staking.

I don’t use this wallet for DOT coins, we can use Binance exchange as a wallet, also we can use this Binance exchange for staking for DOT coins. But all exchange wallet and online wallet is not 100% secure wallet for our fund. So we can use Hardware wallet for our assets.

polkadot It might be more profitable to think if you can invest in it than to streak it. I have seen many times that staking sometimes leads to loss from profit. Because the price of polkadot is constantly increasing, so if you can keep investing in the future can be very profitable. Therefore, it will be better for the future to keep investing than sticking.

That's great for all DOT lovers, but we need to be more aware of fake apps as some fake polkadot mobile wallets just like that which is published on google play store and many users get trapped into those fake apps. So, it's better to redirect to google play store from official websites.
I don’t use this wallet for DOT coins, we can use Binance exchange as a wallet, also we can use this Binance exchange for staking for DOT coins. But all exchange wallet and online wallet is not 100% secure wallet for our fund. So we can use Hardware wallet for our assets.
TBH, i always remember "Not your key, Not your crypto" everytime. So, avoiding to store funds on exchange will be best for all as you also agree to use hardware wallet to store our assets.

Is it!! ohh that's really good for all i think. PolkaDOT is one of the best coin in market and CMC market says also. They have come to market within very short time in top rate because of its potentiality and improved version which is separate from other coin. I think mobile wallet will help everyone to store DOT easily.

Mobile wallet is easier for the android users but i prefer to use Windows wallet (Dextop, Laptop). Till now, Polkadot released only l Mobile wallet named PolkaWallet. It's easy to use and operate so far. You can use it or can use Hardware wallets for more security.

^ I don't know if this is the best wallet to store Polkadot or not but I'm currently using Atomic and Trust wallet as a place to store DOT. besides that, I also keep some other tokens there besides polkadot.

Automic wallet and Trust wallet aren't official wallet of Polkadot but both support DOT and also staking you can store and stake there. Trust wallet and automic wallet are good for holding multi tokens. PolkaWallet (https://polkawallet.io) is their official wallet.

Thank you very much brother for your suggestion. I didn't really know which wallet would be best for Polkadot. I will definitely try to use the wallet you suggested. Little did I know that Polka Dot's launched wallet was likely to be hacked. This is the first time I have learned from this topic.

It's better to use hard ware wallet although i haven't used yet any hardware wallet but i have intention to use in the next.

Thank you so much brother for sharing important information with us. I didn't know which wallet would be best for Polkadot token. I found out earlier that Polkadot has a wallet of its own and I will have all kinds of facilities there. I can earn by stacking there if I want. I will definitely try using Polkadot Wallet.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. I have been using PolkaWallet for so long. I also think it is important to use trezor hardware wallet to avoid hacking. I'm thinking of purchasing an trezor hardware wallet after reading your post.

I also think like that because Trezor has been in the cryptocurrency world for a long time and has been tested by all cryptocurrency traders and investors to store their coins.
This PolkaWallet has not been tested for reliability and was just born, allowing for bugs and hacks that occur if we store coins there.
I hope not all of the coins in Polkawallet are stored, maybe I can set aside just a little for testing.

We use a lot of different types on different platforms. But the best wallet for polka dots tokens that I think is polka wallet.Because this wallet is their own wallet. And this wallet is much safer and much easier to use. So I think Palka Wallet is fairly good compared to other wallets.

PolkaWallet is the best as it supports android version. Easy to use but we have to bear in mind that no private key, now money. If you lose your documents, you won't be able to get your funds. BTW, we can use Atomic Wallet also. It supports Polkadot as it is multi wallet. I also use it for sometimes, very easy and user friendly also.

Polkadot is one of the great platform in cryptocurrency market. There are many Mobile Wallets and Hardware Wallets for Polkadot in crypto market. But I think Hardware Wallet is best for Polkadot's holding or staking. Hardware wallet's security system is more strong than Mobile wallets.

Haven't heard "not your keys not your money " slogan, exchanges are not the best place to hold an asset except you are a day trader and require the funds to trade daily, I would rather look for a much secured personal wallet where am in control like Trust wallet.

I don't use the wallet from the list above, but I use https://polkadot.js.org/ wallet which works in your browser.
It's very easy because you only need to download the extension and it works almost the same as Metamask.

I still use the Trust wallet, but does anyone know of other DOT offline wallets like Bitcoin paper wallets.

I will use this wallet and stake once I bought, Honestly Im not holding for now any DOT but I believe this coin is a great competitive to all other coins like Eth, Cardano I will accumulate this coins if I have enough funds now this coin is a coin that cannot be ignored by holder its a must have coin because in the future it will be much worth it like btc and eth now this is like we bought eth at $40.

If Binance has a SafePal wallet for its wallet app then Polkadot has a PolkaWallet for coin purse from Polkadot, hmmmmp very interesting!

At the current rate that polkadot price has increased it will compete with etherium in the future. I think polka dot is for a very strong mobile phone. There is a lot of demand for polkadot in the cryptocurrency market but I bought it myself. This wallet is really very secretive which has been much better for the investors.

There are many mobile wallets for polkadot in cryptocurrency world like trust wallet, polkawallet, automic wallet etc. I still use trust wallet for holding polkadot. I think it is very good and secure wallet. And it’s use is soeasy. But I still believe that polkawallet is also very good wallet for dot coin. I hope it is more secure than others wallet.

Since Polka.com has created their own official website or apps lately, I think their own apps will be the best.But if any wallet is considered the best after their official apps, then I think it is a trust wallet. I myself am but a trust wallet user. And I myself have understood its opportunity.

Exactly I also store my coins in SafePal wallet and it is better than others because I see this SafePal in my opinion is a good wallet software and a real competitor to Truswallet.
But I think more clearly that Polkawallet is a good wallet that is designed more specifically for Polakdot coins and of course behind all of that it has advantages over the others, of course it is a software wallet that supports Polkadot coins.

If you want to stake then here is detail.
Kraken has 12% with no lock period and Binance has up to 20% but you need to lock for up to 90 days
Voyager, no need to stake and still get 12%
I use Celsius 9%, but this Voyager 12% looks pretty good, but I don't know about lockup and transferability there so watch out for details.

I do not use a personal wallet to store DOT, DOT also does not have DeFi so I have not thought of this need. I store DOT on Binance and FTX, I think it is safe enough for an individual investor and the account is not too big.

I am a fan of DOT and believe that cross-chain is an inevitable trend in the future, when the need for interaction between blockchains becomes essential. I have some DOT but I keep them on CEX instead of storing them in my personal wallet. If I were to choose a wallet application to store DOT and interact with the Polkadot blockchain, Coin98 Wallet is the first choice I think of. This is the product from Vietnamese crypto project and I always support their development ^^

I think coin98 is usable and pretty good for DOT.
I'm also Polkadot fans and always invest and buy DOT before bitcoin halving .

I use Trustwallet and I have been very comfortable using Trustwallet since it was first launched.
In the past, there were very few features from Trustwallet, but now there are so many features provided.

Trust wallet, safepall I think we can use it to save our DOT. Useful and we can use android. As far as I used trust wallet, It's safe. So no worries if you want to use this wallet. For PC I will use metamask wallet
