Why Price of Transactions GAS Veeerrryyyy High ?

Now the fastest transaction fee is 0.65 USD, Daamnnn!
Extremely expensive value for Ethereum transactions and this is difficult for Ethereum lovers to accept.

But we and they all can't do transactions if we don't pay the transaction fees, so maybe only big players are playing for Ethereum at the moment, too bad!

Yesterday I sent a gift token from Bounty namely Cartesi to Binance.
I used the transaction using MetaMask.
I was shocked that the price offered by GAS was very expensive, Oh My God!

Low       = 0.4 USD *
Medium = 0.5 USD *
High      = 0.6 USD *


Is this an advantage taken from MetaMask?
Is this an advantage taken from the Miners?
Is this an advantage taken from Ethereum itself?

Does anyone feel the same here?
Do we need to be disappointed about Ethereum here?

When the market is going to be high at that time the gas fee is high and also the other coins will increase their transaction fee and this is not good becasue so many peoples will buy the coins from different exchaneg and they send it to another and they pay high fee at that time.
