It depends on condition for me. I personally use a long-term strategy to hold all the coins I have. I know if the long-term strategy is so boring and must make us wait very long. As we all know that In Cryptocurrency there are two types of Investment Long Term Or Short Term. I think that the Long Term Investment is Better than the Short Term Investement. Because in Long Term Investment there is a very very low chance that you will lose your money which you have invested and the long Term Investment will give you a very Good Profit as Well.
                                           If anyone says that the Short Term is Better than Long Term Than gives me the Reason Also.

If you hold Bitcoin long term investment is good because Bitcoin every 4 years the price will go up, if you want short term investment you can choose new token listed on Dex or buy top 100 altcoins then wait 3 to 4 months and hope the price will increase more than 3 to 5x

I think I'm agree with you, we must have knowledge and experience in crypto currency before to decide invest in coins or tokens.
Bitcoin is always be the first choice and Ethereum is the second.

In my opinion, both strategies are good in their own place like, I like short-term trading when I am trading in futures which is also termed scalping, here the short term is great bcz of the fact that we can close our trade as soon as we are in some profit instead of a long term which has a risk of liquidation, long term trading is also useful but in my opinion only in spot trading.

For me, I make both investments in my cryptocurrency adventure. Long-term investments bring a lot of profits and this is for future purposes. I also do short-term investments for immediate use.

I also always prefer to trade for long term, sometimes midterm. Many of the times I tried to maybe open a position with intention to close it later in the day, I end up holding for over a day. Day trading is quite difficult as you stated, dear member, it requires special training and discipline.
