after did investigation from the report of abang jago.
We decide that the evidences are clear and valid.
the accounts are connected.
they follow bounty with multi account.
They against bounty rules.
I suggest admin to give  a big cheater label to make it easier for BM to know it .

then the judges have decided :

+ add to label duplicate  and  suggest MULTY Account or CHEATER badge  ( BIG LABEL )
+ get negative karma. ( make -100 ) 
+ Remove their KYC.   
+ We also consider that they can't allowed use their signature (blocked their signature column) 
+ Suggest EAA_ALLAH demoted from moderator
