PM/My Messages problem

The structure of My Messages is difficult to track conversations. I sent a message, and after sending it, the notification “You have forwarded or responded to this message. »” appeared at the top of the message. However, when I went to Personal Messages » Sent Items, I did not find the content of the message or that I responded to that message.

 - what should I do to see the sent message/s?
 - Has any of you encountered this problem?

Are the messages shown all at once? If so, the you can try this:

My Messages > Preferences > Change Settings > Display personal messages: > choose "One at a time"

Go back to your inbox, click any messages, and see if it helps for better viewing/tracking. It should show only your messages and replies to a particular person.

You probably forgot to tick "Save a copy in my outbox" below the message when you send it.

This may be the problem. To be honest, I don't remember if I clicked it when sent and did not pay attention to it until now. will locking this topic for now, and if I do not find any new future messages, I will reopen it.
