Who Have Tried Powering Down Steem?

Who among us here successfully powered down their Steem power? I have few Steem in my wallet but decided to power down because last few months ago I was inactive due to time wasted for posting articles and getting super low earnings in return it has eaten my whole hours written for article but at the end of the day I only got 0.1$ or even very low amount which is not deserving.

do you use autovote steem?
if yes you can turn off all your autovotes to all so your power returns 100% and get your steem back
and manage your dollar steem

I can't afford to reduce steem, but I would strongly believe that steem is a very good coin and has the potential for future coins or money.
