Over the past few weeks we have seen some users reporting errors (few and unimportant) when connecting to the forum. Although some of these errors are due to the slow loading of the TOR network at times, not all of them are related.
I'm making this thread to get a little idea of what to do when we have one of these errors. The most important thing is to take a screenshot and note the exact day and time the error occurred. That way, the administrator will have accurate information and can check the logs to address the issue and find a solution.
Without this basic information the administrator would have to spend hours reviewing many logs and would waste a lot of time.
This thread will remain open. Please post here each error, so all the information will be more organized and it will be easier to find it.

There have been few reports the last 2 months:
- one or two related to TOR browser
- One believed to be due to scheduled maintenance
- A couple due to database connexion due to load.

For now nothing looks urgent, as the issues lasted few seconds, but in any case post reply to report.
