I don't know but projects that are into charity just doesn't click among investors and retail traders. Some projects have done that in the last bullrun (ICO era) but I haven't seen any successful one. Personally, I think charities doesn't need to create their own token. Perhaps you can achieve transparency of fund movement through blockchain but majority of donors just doesn't seem to care.

Nobody trusts charity projects because most of them turn into scams. I also do not want to realize someone's Dubai holiday plans.
