The level of payments corresponds to the first quarter. There are at least 2 objective reasons for the decrease in the "mass" of dividends compared to the second quarter:
- High harvest and a noticeable drop in vegetable prices in Ukraine in summer 2023. Even in Kiev, I can personally confirm that prices for vegetables and some fruits (locally grown) were noticeably lower than last year.
- Investing part of the income in equipment for mushroom production.

As promised - in the next 2 weeks I will once again go to AgroGlotyTime for "audit" - greenhouses, new equipment (including for mushroom direction), open planting, ...., and product testing .

As promised, I went on a “business trip” to AgroGloryTime in Korolevo!
Very briefly, a photo report after analyzing the photo gallery

1. At the moment, there are 16 industrial greenhouses in active “operation”.
2. 6 more sets of greenhouses have been prepared, but not yet installed.
3. In the greenhouses, several types of tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers are growing. I saw harvested zucchini, but they don’t plant it anymore, the land is occupied by other, more popular vegetables
4. Preparations are underway for the launch of a pilot project on mushrooms - champignon, oyster mushroom.
5. The situation with workers has improved - people are returning to Ukraine

Let's start with the last quarter:

Some analytics for the fourth quarter of 2023:
For the period from 01/10/2023 to 31/12/2023 tokens sold: 1,255,905 AGTI
Approximately 383,553.39 USDT raised (including competitions and pools, excluding the reduced rate in promotional sales, excluding payment of referral rewards)
Average weighted token rate for the specified period: 0.3054 USDT\AGTI

Investments were mainly raised for:
- Mushroom project
- New growing system (vertical), pilot project
- Preparing for winter

Quarterly dividends were accrued and paid on 01/01/2024!

The payments were: 0.002 USDT\AGTI or 2 USDT\1000 AGTI.
The total amount of dividends paid (excluding the referral program and others) is 36,000 USDT.

The indicator is not very high, but... Higher than for 2022Q4

There is also an explanation - the net profit was less, because... Most of the funds raised were invested in the purchase, modernization and construction of new “infrastructures:

The crypto capital of the world and the future of AGTI.
Let's move a little away from the cucumbers in the nursery and talk about the prospects.

Recently I (Dasha, co-founder of Agro Glory Time) visited Dubai, where I felt for myself how progressive and serious this country is. Already at the border I was given a free 5G SIM card, and the taxis turned out to be exclusively Tesla and Lexus of the latest models. Skyscrapers of dizzying heights, which you, of course, have heard about, and the fantastic pace of development of the city - all this suggests that Dubai is the city of the future.

I was lucky enough to be a speaker at a closed crypto conference where I shared my vision for the future of AGTI and AGTInw (which you can read about below)

Mosaic of the future, shown to me by the speakers:
1. Blockchain surveillance systems: many surveillance systems with artificial intelligence, integrated into a super-fast blockchain network, capable of accurately recognizing objects in real time.
2. Blockchain-II: the GCD network forms decentralized intelligence, such a weak resemblance to our planned AGTInw. Weak, but already being tested by the world's leading corporations.
3. New types of ultra-high-speed communications: to serve such projects, new communication technologies are needed, which were proposed at the conference

👉 5. My speech: Those present at the conference were amazed by the viability of the model of linking the AGTI token to real agribusiness, and the AGTInw concept aroused great interest among blockchain-II developers. We have already established contacts with them for further cooperation.
