For several days, we discussed the new features of our project and the whole team made a decision. Be sure to check out our news. It is very important!
Studying all our way and analyzing what we have come to and what we can come to, we decided to carry out some reorganization and embody what we have been promising for a long time.


1. Started issuing discount cards. In order to get a discount card, you need to have a VIP plan and send a request to e-mail [email protected].
In the application, you must specify your username in the project, your full name, age, cell phone and postal address where we will need to send your card. Cards will be issued according to the gradation of your VIP deposits. If you have several VIP deposits, you will receive a card according to your higher VIP plan. The card is sent worldwide.

2. It was decided to establish a Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC).
After the creation of PJSC, any holder of a GRIF coin will be able to purchase shares of this PJSC for GRIF.
During the current week, we will develop the mechanics of such exchanges. Prices and terms of exchange will be announced later.
It is already known for sure that there will be pre-order of shares, during which the price will be 10 times lower than after the opening of PJSC.

All VIP members automatically become shareholders, but for official participation in PJSC, it will be necessary to send us notarized copies of documents, like all other potential shareholders.
Conditions (price) for the VIP will be announced later. Please note that when placing a VIP deposit, you receive shares of the future PJSC, but the balance and other privileges are not affected (additional bonus).

A little bit about the PAO.
The only founder (if no force majeure does not occur) will be the TSRF. All other participants will be shareholders. Each shareholder will have the right to vote, regardless of the number of shares. However, the weight of the vote will depend on the number of shares.
To implement the voting, the Voice of People Decentralized Voting System (DSG) will be used. For shareholders, who have more than 1%, the option of in-person voting will be available at the general meeting of shareholders. Also in-person voting will be available to representatives of a group of shareholders, the aggregate weight of which is above 1%.For this, each shareholder from such a group will have to transfer a notarized power of attorney to this representative.
Any person can become a shareholder, regardless of his nationality.
Also, the shares will go public on the stock exchange for free trade, as well as at Gazprom and other JSCs.


Since the establishment of PJSC, all assets, during the existence of PJSC, will be put on the PJSC balance sheet. Each Shareholder will be the partial owner of these assets, without the right of sole management. This means that each Shareholder, by decision of the general meeting, will be able to receive dividends, according to the weight of his shareholding.
Each Shareholder will be able to participate in the election of the Board of Directors of PJSC. More details will be available later. We will tell about it, after clarifying the nuances of the legal component, so as not to mislead you.


All assets currently in use will not be transferred to PJSC. They will remain the property of the Tartariya Project Management Team, but the income from these assets will continue to be used to secure the Fund’s goals and the obligations we have assumed for the existing shares and promises.
All income received from PJSC will be used for dividend payments. The part that will belong to the FSRN "Tartary" will be used to achieve the statutory goals of the Fund.
