ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি যখন ইন্ডিয়া প্রথম সংযুক্ত হয় তখন ইন্ডিয়া সরকার বৈধতা প্রদান করার আগে থেকেই লেনদেন চলছিল। কিন্তু যখন বৈধতা দেয় তখন ইন্ডিয়াতে সবখানেই ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি ছড়িয়ে পড়ে। কিন্তু এখন যদি ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি ইন্ডিয়া অবৈধ ঘোষণা করে তারপরেও ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি সাথে জড়িত মানুষগুলো চুপেচাপে লেনদেন করতে থাকবে। কারণ তাদের রক্তের সাথে মিশে গেছে এই ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি। ইন্ডিয়া সরকার চাইলে অবৈধ তা ঘোষণা করতে পারে কিন্তু মানুষ এটিকে বৈধ হিসেবে কাজে লাগিয়ে যাবে।
