Is it a member rank or newbie accounts can give + karma in the past? I never know that it is the rule in the past, it's a good decision for the admin to increase the requirement to senior member before a user can send + karma. It's prone to  karma abuse.

Since I registered on the forum, the ability to send karma has always been from Senior Members and higher ranks, and I believe it has always been that way since the beginning of the forum. If I'm wrong someone correct me. I think the requirements, for now, are fine, but if you have any suggestions you can write a post in the appropriate subforum.

I think the gifts @Power420 is referring to is karma, he may be referring to forum tokens, which have nothing to do with karma, but I'm not sure. It is better to wait for @Power420 to visit the thread and clarify it.

Не все лекарства, что выписывает врач 1) всегда нужны 2) всегда выписаны верно. Как банальный пример - стоит ли с кашлем и соплями тащиться в поликлинику и иметь шанс поймать доп микромы. Или же например в форму ввести симптомы и получить рецепт. Врачи ведь уже пишут рецепты онлайн. Есть какая-то база для обработки данных. Тот же ИИ наверно мог бы спрогнозировать, что у меня весной аллергия, выписать мне таблетки и прислать рецепт на мейл, пожелав здоровья

С лекарствами, на мой взгляд, всё гораздо проще. Выписывают их согласно протоколу. Вопрос полезности, это уже другой вопрос. Врачи, к сожалению, тут тоже многого сделать не могут. Они следуют утверждённым протоколам.
А вот в диагностике искусственный интеллект может показать себя с самой наилучшей стороны. Дело в том, что он может обработать историю болезни (и что ещё более важно - выздоровления) миллиарда больных.
И исходя из этого поставить верный диагноз с очень большой степенью точности.

Isn't it strange that transaction just become less empty in the memory pool within yesterday or those guys just stop their attack? With this development we should have more less fees during the weekend and I hope to see my stuck transactions comes out of the mempool and be verified as soon as possible.

The weekend is always low on transactions, it has been that for years, the lowest point is usually right before the working day on Monday begins for Central Europe, that's when Asia is fully awake and back and activity starts picking up in the western part also, you can see that we dropped to 16sat/vb during that time.

Nothing new, it started to look just as road traffic, pretty predictable!

It's just awful. Now everything hangs online, no idea when the situation will be +/- better. But clearly it will not be for one week.

One week ago we had 70vMB over 10sat/vb in the mempool, now we're down to 30vMB,  assuming no spike in inscriptions even with them keeping the same pace as the week before we might touch under 10sat/vb by next weekend.

Also, there is Labour day and the Orthodox Easter so that would also put a dent in the mempool.
