I am not sure if this will a proper board to post this topic but I am taking the risk hoping anything related to Ethereum should be discussed in Ethereum board.
I did not see any topic (if I am not missing) about how to sign a message for ETH address. Would you guys to see a step by step tutorial on this? Let me know. Few positive comments will do for me.
Thanks

How do you mean sign a message for ETH address.
But if you mean receiving email notifications from any transaction done on your ETH address, I think you should go to etherscan.io sign up with your email address and add your ETH address to your watchlist. Their you get notice email on every transaction done on the ETH address you added.
I hope this helps

This is the kind of thing you don't need to ask ;)
Topics that spread knowledge about cryptos are always welcome and I'm curious about sing messages for ETH address.

As I understand it, it's about sending a message. I've been using MEW for six months, but I have not seen such a feature yet. Although this is an interesting idea

Usually signed transactions could be used to verify stolen things like forum accounts for example
Individual: I was hacked!
Mod: But how do I know?
Individual: I did did a forum post linking the address.. heres a message signature to prove its mine..
Mod: Oh wow you are them, lol, here's your account back!
