Just because anyone can buy doesn't mean it is decentralized.

When we say bitcoin is decentralized, that means that nobody controls the network. The control over the network is decentralized, i.e., there is no central authority.

You can easily buy tesla stocks basically anywhere. But it is a centralized company, as they have a CEO and a board which controls 100% of the decisions of the company. They have a centralized power.
