Bounty rewards are not given, how do you feel?

Bounty hunters work hard to earn. The goal of every hunter is to make some amount of money from the hard work done. How do you fell when you work so hard and at the end, you do not receive anything. Either your work is not accepted or the ICO was not a success. How is the feeling like?

Indifferent usually, and move on to the next one.  In restaurants you calculate waste in food/broken plates as "breakage", and this is often times how you have to view this.. you will fail dozens of times throughout a year, either choosing a real project that doesn't go anywhere or a fake project that you get paid for.. or even a fake project that doesn't even get to the stage of paying, and its all the same.. just view it as "breakage" and move on.. bounties are an attrition game and you're really looking for those 2-3 projects over a couple of years time that really pay out enough to make all the failures worth it.

That's my view on it anyways.

I think it is a matter of great sorrow for us when an ICO become unsuccessful. But we bounty hunter are like warriors.They never tired for 100 ICO unsuccessful.Because they know within 100-200 ICO 1-5 must be succeeded and will pay good amount . And that will remove all sorrows.

The deficiencies of the team to do what they've promised to bounty hunters were their own name. It means the project would be remembered as shit and nothing good about it. In addition sometimes the manager of the campaign was affected because of the team unprofessional doing whether they succeeded or not still being professional they should communicate with bounty hunters in order to understand the situation as long as we can.

It is so sadly when bounty rewards are not given because all members very hardwork and luck of sleepless the effort then after all at campaign the bounty will not give a rewards .Its so amazing I can say is too much bad and sadly if bounty like this.

It is scam. it's a scam, i often experience it. Becarreful You must lear white paper and their team manager.

yes a little disappointed but anyway this is a risk for bounty participants. I avoid that by participating in some bounty that has good sales for example has reached softcap.

I think many scams on ICO project. You must be carreful to choose project. Learn white paper and KYC.

Yes there is absolutely nothing one can do if bounty campaign reward are not paid.
However, it's always total disappointment on the inability of most companies to end ICOs without paying bounty rewards.
I have been on this kind of campaign twice where project team ran away with investors money and bounty hunters rewards, and were all very sad experience. I have learnt to scrutinize some of this ICOs these day to get a reliable bounty ICOs.

its impossible for my work to be unaccepted it can be seen through spreadsheet. if the ICO was done and I didnt recieve any tokens even though it showed up in the sheets that I have, it means I have been cheated and wasted my time.

It is sad if you do not get paid for the effort you put in to make someone's ICO a success. But there are times when the rules are so strict and you cannot meet up with the demands of the bounty manager. If you think the rules are so strict, it will be better you stay away.

I am very disappointed and angry because my job does not get paid. imagine working on bounty for 12 weeks and bounty is a scam or fail.

Of course so sad. But will not be sad for all day, then just look for another bounty.
If my work is not accepted, I will ask the bounty manager / team project about what the reason to do that. When it is not my mistake, I will ask for my right to get my rewards. 
If the ICO is not successful, I just accept it with my sincerity. But if it is possible to extend the project, I will suggest team project to have a new plan for extension.
