Nope, if mixers representatives were allowed to post, it might be seen as an indirect way to promote their site there (and so many users might create drama threads just because of it), because all they would have to do is be active in the forum, reply to threads, and keep their name at the top of threads.

Not a single official mixer account has been completely banned. The option of writing public posts is disabled for them, that is, the only thing they can do is communicate via PM.

In a post a few pages ago I asked how to mix funds that you have in a mobile wallet and send them to a wallet that you manage with your PC, with HW. It is as easy as from the computer to do the operation and when sending funds scan the QR that appears to send to the destination address. To receive, you put the one generated with your HW and that's it.

You understood correctly. The thing is, it's so simple that I didn't realize how easy it was until I saw it. Haven't you ever been looking for something you couldn't find and it was right in front of you? Well, something similar. You understood correctly. The thing is, it's so simple that I didn't realize how easy it was until I saw it. Haven't you ever been looking for something you couldn't find and it was right in front of you? Well, something similar. It was just that it was an idea I had in my head to do, and since I had never done it before I didn't realize how easy it was until I did it.

Yes, it's just an interface thing.
Sometimes the simplest things are not the best if only simplicity is an advantage.

Here is my example. When I sell BTC, I do it on an exchange, which I access through the Chrome browser, and I do the verification of the transaction through the email address through the Opera browser. Otherwise, I send Bitcoin from the Trezor hardware wallet using their Suite app.
It sounds quite complicated, but it's not so much when you repeat it many times But that is an additional level of security.

Sometimes the simplest things are not the best if only simplicity is an advantage.

I agree with this statement, privacy and security are better advantages to simplicity, i stand to be corrected, but in crypto, most times the simple and convenient things are always less secure. I.e. people who store funds on centralized exchanges because they want convenience, or others who use mixers, but do not add delay time or use a fresh address to receive the mixed funds, etc. For better security and privacy, you have to do more than the 'simple' things.

Bitcoin: Attempts to control

It was a bit longer than the rest but I was still able to go through it and all I can say is “wow”.

It is pretty wild to have that can of bill signed, I mean $10,000 maximum thredshold before you’ll have to be declared  - assuming only fait (physical and those in bank) were the only one that would be considered it would have been better but making everything that can be identified as a “monetary instrument” a part of it just made the whole thing worse.

It feels the government are ready to go any length as long as they get to achieve their goal which is “control bitcoin” because I see no reason why a government would want to sign such bill all in disguise that they are using it to combat “money laundering” when in reality they are just trying to control what everyone does and also steal from the people in the form of tax. 

It’s sad to see that up till now some people still don’t know what the effect of crypto regulation means - as stated in the article; some still cheers when they hear news about crypto regulation. Yes, it will increase its acceptability after being regulated but the problem is will the initial objective which was to give freedom to people, will you still be able to achieve it after the regulation? Those are some questions these people who keep cheering for crypto regulation have to ask themselves (although a lot of them really don’t know why bitcoin came in the first place).

It's a quite helpful article especially for the ones who live in US. Governments are often targeting Bitcoin by using term money laundering which isn't correct. They are becoming more aggressive towards it after the hype of the ETFs.

Not only US but recently many governments are trying to find their way to grab crypto holders. It's a tough time for Bitcoin holders who live in first world countries.
