congrats , if you bought ethereum at  below $ 1,500.
If you still hold until now, it's good.
I suggest you should keep hold until next year.
Ethereum will touch $ 7K.
I read  many predictions, they said ethereum will reach that value. 
Its something extraordinary because I managed to buy ethereum at $ 1,800.
I think many friends here remain loyal to holding ethereum, even though some trade, because they are  professional traders.

For top coins, I don't expect much because this top coin has a good reputation and has a very large market cap.
Bitcoin when Bullish may only be more than 5x, for example 30,000 USD x 5 = 150,000 USD
Ethereum when Bullish may be just over 5x, for example 2,000 USD x 5 = 10,000 USD

It could be more than 5x, maybe altcoins that have a small market cap but have lots of features and serious coin development.
Or maybe it's also a Meme coin that famous people are FOMO about DOGE coin , for example DOGE x10, from a price of now 0.07 USD x 10 = 0.7 USD or maybe it could be more than 0.7 USD.

If the Bull market happens in mid summer next year so maybe Ethereum will have its ATH broken and will record new one before that date.

I assume that before the year ends market will back to normal or will be dumping again so better be ready to buy and sell before those dates.

I am sure that before the summer, another spot ETF will be accepted and it will be related to ETH. I also believe that there will be strong growth (related to positive) news. But I don't rule out that before the adoption SEC may manipulate the price + sow panic in the market on purpose. The EFT-BTC situation was an example of this. We hope for the worst, and only time will show how it will be. I, like everyone else, want to sell as high as possible.

Ethereum is considered as the Queen of Cryptos because Bitcoin is the King of them all. Ethereum is actually one of the many beneficiaries of Bitcoin as it paved the way for many altcoins in the market serving different goals and purpose as well as niches and people. Ethereum is on the limelight because of the possibility of its own ETF after the ones for BTC got approved. I got into Ethereum, unfortunately, when the price was more than $3K and have no choice but to let them go just weeks ago because of an emergency. So congratulations in advanced to holders once the price can be touching on the $7K level. And I believe actually on that potential but Bitcoin has also to grow a lot as I considered BTC and ETH to be akin to husband and wife, one affecting the other, where one goes so does the other.

Honestly, I always make investment decisions with Altcoins based on the state of BTC.
I believe in the development potential of Ethereum in the upcoming cycle. I share my Elliott wave count. I expect that the end of 2025 will be the time when ETH makes the highest peak of the entire cycle.
My expectation for ETH in 2025 is $10K at Fibo Extension 0.5, and would be happier if ETH would reach $17K at Fibo Extension 0.618.

I completely agree with you and I do not regret that I do not want to buy bitcoin or ether, I want to earn and to do this I need to take a little risk and buy altcoins at least from the top 10, I can not advise more, but I myself buy and altcoins with a much lower rating.

Just 7K USD for ETH this cycle??? I have bigger ambitions. I think ETH can reach at least 10K USD in 2025, when BTC reaches 150K USD. The DenCun update will help Layer-2 attract more users and increase cash flow in the Ethereum ecosystem, ETH will be used more, more ETH will be burned and it is inevitable that ETH will create a new peak surpassing all of expectations.

I even believe that ETH can reach an ATH at 18.5K USD if the peak comes at the end of 2025.
