Be the looks of the whole concept the idea is to tokenize the plastic recycling industry as many people believe that the whole idea of issuing a different token for everything is solely for the purpose of speculation and leans more towards ponzi/scam  greay area than actually being a real world asset that is healthy traded in this case among plastic scavengers and involved 3rd parties IMHO issuing plas tokens in form of a share in company that possibly pays a dividend if there are profits and paying the plastic scavengers in local currency would be more clear way of approach but its just my opinion
