depending on the ICO project.
if the ICO is broken until it is hardcap then the Airdrop also feels good.

but if the ICO fails, then don't expect you will get money from the airdrop.

Airdrops are very useful to build community and make known the coin.. I don’t thing this is correlated to dump after ico because the amount you can gain is very low so most of people including me just hold airdrop tokens hoping they will increase in value

Some airways make a huge profit. Airdrops are like a lottery, you never know how many tokens will be sent and how much they will cost in the market.

It is depends on what the strategies of the team to make the project into success. Airdrop can help to eliminate the fake news about the token specially if the tokens hit the exchange even though the campaign is not yet finished.

No, I personally prefer participate in bounty campaign. It is more profitable and I enjoy it.

it has been more than 2 weeks that I stopped attending airdrops, I lost faith in them and I am sick of the scam telegram groups which I only entered cuz I thought they were airdrop groups

Definetely No!
Airdrops are 99% scam.
They require such things as KYC and other stuff, although it is not worth to send your KYC.
Even if you get your tokens, it will cost penny, nothing.

Depending on the project that launches the airdrop, and if it's good, it can hold the token that you get and if the project isn't good, the token you get won't have a price.

i disagree with you, because the airdrops are very useful in our community here in cryptocurrency. Do not say that scams are airdrops due to airdrops increasingly increasing the interest of people  in cryptocurrency. So do not underestimate the airdrops. If KYC talks about, it's not an issue for me. It's a good airdrops that require KYC because you're probably sure is legit.

Airdrop is a NO for me. With airdrop, many people with join the bounty but the worth of value will be decrease at the same time. It is better for me to join bounty program rather than airdrop.

So far I have never followed Airdrop. I am a worker, so there won't be much time I can use to follow airdrop. In addition, I am not interested in following the airdrop because of reading their bad experiences when following the Airdrop.

It depends on the Project cultivator. That is the team, what strategy they made to advance the project on Airdrop. Airdrop here is very useful, Airdrop can help eliminate false news about tokens especially if tokens regarding exchanges even though a project's Bounty campaign has not been completed.

Of course yes! There are many examples where people are enriched with airdrops. Airdrop is an opportunity to make good money without investing. I do this in my spare time.
