Is it better to buy during ICO or Market?

I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

for now it's better not to participate in ico because an unstable market makes many ico lose their real price when listing in some exchange.

Here is an advice I learned from my ICO investing experience.
Only buy in ICO in the early stage, catch the big % bonus and if your missed just pass and wait for the coin/token and just buy it from the market.

The only winner in any ICO is the people who catch the huge % bonus and the people who buy the dip which in most cases happens once the coin. Token get listed in an exchange.

normally buying on ico sale always get advantage (discount) from original price, but the problem is when that token got listed on some exchanger, the original price suddenly dump hard because many reason, so im personally buy on market rather when ico stage.

Not all ico tokens can be obtained at low prices after the project is completed. In fact, there are also many investors who benefit by buying coins when ICO is still going on. So it can't be beat flat that buying a token after the ico project is finished is cheaper.

You can buy also when token first time listed on the exchange.
Usually many bounty hunters and airdrop hunters sell their token immediately. Many of them like to cash their token that they got from bounty as soon as possible.

In my opinion, It is a big problem. I cannot imagine if all investors do the same strategies to buy the coins once listed on exchanges. Many ICOs will get the difficulties in collecting funds to run the projects. I am worried that the developers will sell the tokens directly to the exchanges without having an ICO, bounty, airdrop, or other common program during token sale. Someone should fix this problem to keep the sustainability of ICO program.

The perception of investment depends on each individual. Projects that have high potential or selling power will be able to attract investors faster. Good or bad market conditions now do not affect projects that have great potential for investment. Investors will not see bounty participants or anything when the project they choose has great value.

Actually, if you look like that, it is more profitable if you invest in ICO than others. Even though the price is cheaper in the market, the risk of loss is also large. So it would be nice if you choose to invest in the ICO and develop it well in order to get a big profit as well.

For sure better buy after ICO and only when you see some development already. You may invest in ICO only if team are very good and well known in crypto world. Overvise you just can lost your money.

I don`t think that the investors are afraid of the bounty hunters as they take only the 1% of the coins which would not made a huge impact for dumping them.

To purchase ico tokens for current conditions must be very careful with a good investment analysis. Why? a lot of ico projects now do not reach the token sales target and that is not good for investors who have already purchased tokens during the ico period. as long as ico or the token purchase market is done, I think it's better at the market price only.

Basically, buying in ICO is a better option than buying on exchanges. Many discounts offered during ICO and we can buy the tokens with cheaper prices. But It has a little change in crypto market because of an effect of bear market. Many tokens have cheaper prices on market. Panicking traders and bounty hunters make the price to be very low.

From the way the market is going especially the ICO projects have not done anything to keep the market stable, all they say is we do not control the market, even when there are few things to do to keep it somewhat stable. I will say buy on ICO and keep some amount to buy on market.

I think for the current conditions it is better to buy at the stock price. Why? the percentage of ICO failure is very high for the current conditions, there are still many investors who lack confidence in the ICO due to negative sentiments about crypto that have not disappeared.
