The government of Ukraine has registered a bill that involves the legalization of cryptocurrencies! It was developed by the blockchain community The bill was defined by the basic terms: virtual asset, crypto asset, token, token asset.  According to the document, the tax rate on income of individuals with investment income from the sale of cryptoassets will be 5%. Also, the sale of cryptoassets will not be taxed!
As far as I know, at least four bills on the legalization of cryptocurrency have been registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and some of them even provide for a zero rate on profits in cryptocurrency. I am a little surprised by this, because in connection with the hybrid war with Russia, which has been going on for the eighth year and the loss of its significant territories in this regard, the Ukrainian economy is now going through difficult times and therefore a number of new taxes are being introduced. Perhaps this is due to the fact that many deputies of this legislative body themselves show significant amounts in cryptocurrency in their declarations.
