Title: DOGE Vs Real Estate: Elon Musk Amused by Irony of How Different Generations...
Post by: XM8 on June 24, 2021, 07:08:42 PM
Chief executive of Tesla, Elon Musk, has responded to the ironic meme about the difference between how the present 30-year-olds and their parents in the same age invest in different things – Dogecoin and their own house.

no link shorteningday offers you a brief review of what assets Gen Z and millennials prefer and which of them go for cryptocurrencies over real-estate and other traditional assets.

Almost 50% of Gen Z and millennials hold crypto
According to a study, it’s not only “boomers” that prefer stocks and other traditional asset. However, unlike them. Gen Z and millennials have more inclination to investing in new type of asset classes that have emerged over the past ten years – crypto currencies and those that are based on them.

Investors from Gen Z and millennial groups trust the traditionally stable assets, however, around 40 percent of investors aged 18 to 40 hold digital currencies.

Among them are 47 percent of Gen Z and 39 percent of millennials. They also use social media as source of information for investing.

Overall, both groups prefer a mix of crypto and stocks and other conventional asset classes. Around 40 percent of them bet on IT stocks, 42 percent invest in stocks in the financial sector and 38 percent in the high-tech/emerging tech sector.

Baby boomer generation, who is now close to retirement, is almost totally invested in stocks and real-estate.

Do more men hold crypto than women?
Among all the respondents of the quoted survey, aged 18 to 40, crypto is the third popular asset class. However, for Gen Z, it is the second on the scale of popularity.

Besides, there is a higher number of men holding crypto, than women – 46 percent versus 33 percent.

“Male investors aged 18 to 40 were also more likely to hold cryptocurrency than female respondents -- 46% of male respondents reported holding that type of asset compared to just 33% of female respondents.”

According to an older survey, though, around 30 percent of millennials prefer to hold cash, rather than invest in stocks, real-estate and bonds. However, the current aggressive money printing by central banks is likely to change this attitude.

Elon Musk bets on the meme-coin DOGE
Elon Musk is the biggest fan of Dogecoin, a meme crypto dedicated to the Shiba Inu dog breed. Following Musk, a herd of crypto users have bought this crypto and has been watching its rises and falls.

Earlier, no link shorteningday reported about 33-year old Glauber Contessoto, who became a USD millionaire, thanks to investing in Dogecoin.

After seeing his $250,000 investment rise to over $2 million, he then lost over half of it after Doge plunged from its all-time high of $075 and $137,000 worth of Doge was lost just in one day.

Rapper Busta Rhymes is the latest celebrity to throw his support behind Bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency by market cap, and he’s crediting a conversation featuring Twitter and Square CEO Jack Dorsey and Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk for the inspiration.

The current millennial generation is very focused on digital assets who understand very well that they are involved with smartphones and play with smartphones almost every day and for brand games, they certainly use digital assets.
Well, for their assets, they also play in the digital world because Real Estate is very expensive and initially it must be owned by rich people who are very different from cryptocrurrency, with a capital of 10 USD it can be a multiple of 100x patiently waiting for the pump.

Real Estate in ancient times may have been loved by investors and various famous rich people but now it is different and this is because of the changing times and this has been proven by the rising hive for the DOOGE coin.
I can see that this DOGE will provide something very useful for future assets in today's era, beating Real Estate or similar properties such as Villas, Apartments and Hotels.

That's right, millennial generation prefer invest in crypto currency.
Crypto currency is very volatile but also  more profitable than real estate.
Real estate need high capital, as you said It's very expensive.

Real Estate is created only for those who have big money in the beginning and it is very difficult for those who don't have much money at the beginning because Real Estate is very expensive.
If we trade cryptocurrencies, it is certain that with even a small capital we can get enormous profits because changes in cryptocurrency from the smallest to the largest can change in just a matter of seconds.

there are always gains and losses every time you make an investment, as well as investing in crypto or real estate.
We know that many who have money are still very happy to invest in real estate, because the risk is rather small and the possibility of profit is obviously very large. but as the colleague above said, it does require very large funds to invest in real estate. this is inversely proportional to investing in crypto which can be done with any amount of funds.
not to mention that in its development crypto continues to attract attention because it is easy and profitable to do even though it still needs analysis before releasing it to buy crypto.

ElonMusk is back and continues to shill DOGE on Twitter. I hope DOGE will be the token that will lead the entire market into a recovery and growth in 2023. We really need a reason for this crypto winter to end. The coin meme is a perfect excuse.
