    After understanding our next-gen standards and tools, defining and owning OKRs with autonomy to enable the company to achieve its goals and innovation
    Be user & data obsessed, keeping in constant dialogue and feedback loops with LUKSO builders and the wider Web3 ecosystem
    Held strong communication and stakeholder management, with our leadership and engineering teams
    Solved problems as a critical thinker, as well as breaking down complex ideas into smaller chunks of work
    Helped craft and deliver LUKSO’s vision of a decentralized future
