Senior DevOps Engineer - remote

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the #DevelopmentTeam  to design, implement, and maintain a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IAC) solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation and also Ansible for config management.
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the high availability and performance of our platform.
Configure and manage containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes (k8s), to deploy, scale, and orchestrate microservices.
Implement and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS & DigitalOcean).
Optimize the performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of our infrastructure through performance analysis and resource management.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, collaborating closely with development and QA teams.
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, continuously improving the DevOps processes and tooling.
Document processes and systems, ensuring knowledge is shared and easily accessible within the team.


Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Github Actions or similar.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated services.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and tool development.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, or similar).
Strong understanding of networking, security, and Linux/Unix administration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.


Nice-To-Haves:

Knowledge of blockchain technology and familiarity with the dapp ecosystem.
Experience with performance testing and optimization.
Certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps methodologies.
