Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Heads of Product and work with design and engineering to drive the return on investment of the ideation and development of your products.
Help with the strategic direction for our products (product vision, strategy, and prioritization), through data analysis and research
Collaborate with the Heads of Products to get alignment on MVP definition & design, MVP versions (including alpha & beta), and go-to-market phases of product development
Champion the voice of the customer and users by gaining an understanding of target market segments, UX personas, pain points, and customer journeys.
Deliver meSPAM BANble business impact by aligning team efforts on the highest value opportunities.

Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
Experienced in startup and high-growth environments and with international teams.
Experience in the tech field or education in STEM fields
Experienced in managing and collaborating with teams of engineers and designers.
Familiar with standard product management tools, roadmaps, and analytics (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Experience working with data and metrics to confirm assumptions and make decisions.
Good product intuition and judgment when information and time are constrained.
