Marketing Associate - Remote US

What You’ll Do:

Help develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Support the team in delivering insights and recommendations on the performance of digital channels (website, social, and email) aimed at customer growth, engagement, and retention.
Manage social media channels, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.
Help with industry research to identify themes and trends to provide suggestions that will impact how the team engages with target customers.
Aid in daily monitoring and reporting on KPIs using tools like Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve future campaigns and content roadmap.
Collaborate with on the execution of our bi-weekly newsletter, Up and Atom.
Support with assembling and publishing long-form lead gen content (e.g., whitepapers and webinars), event-related content (e.g., speaker presentations), and enablement assets (e.g., sales decks and one-pagers).
Help with the planning and management of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
What We Look For:

1+ years of marketing experience (healthcare/SaaS/technology preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience navigating the needs of a rapidly evolving startup
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience in healthcare and/or health tech
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Twitter, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Notion, Canva or Figma.
