Happy new year to everyone.
So, 2020 is over and I hop you would have filled a few bags. Now what's next? Bitcoin is literally mooning and ETH is on track to $1500. But these are not only the beasts. Many of you would have made handsome profits from other coins (probably DeFi) rather than getting it from BTC and ETH. And, it seems random new DeFi kid on the block is getting success by a large. So, what is the best DeFi project in your mind? Also provide reason(s), please. Let's make this thread interesting.
I look forward to upcoming Nord Finance IDO. It looks very bullish.

Defi will change the world and how we use decentralized finances that's for sure, all tools which Defi provides are great.
But from another side, there are many scammy Defi projects that deliver nothing now and are pure copycats with added features.

After 2020 the new year crypto market has risen to the top currencies have risen in price but it is not possible to say for sure how good the Defy project will be although he gave a good performance in the beginning he has scammed many projects in the name of Defi so it is not possible to say until he gets up.

If you are looking for a new project then just don't look at DeFi. There are other use cases and projects that could be a good investment opportunity. Most of the DeFi just offering the same thing like Farming, decentralized governance, Liquidity pool, staking, etc. So looks for something new even its, not DeFi.

I will see the opinion of friends here what coins are worth choosing for this 2021 investment, if it's DeFi coins then what DeFi coins are your choices here. Because I personally prefer old coins like Ethereum and BNB, And also DeFi coins like Polkadot

Agree, last year we can see that defi change the crypto market now btc or eth going to moon already. So defi effect Work very well. Many investors are coming after defi effect & i am one of them. Right now DIA, DEGO is one of the Best defi project for me.

The year 2020 has indeed ended. But I haven't seen any good DeFi-based projects in 2021. Probably because it is still early in the year so it is still not clear. But let's just look forward to a great DeFi project coming up soon.

2020 already finished with huge success but 2021 comes with a lot of dreams and possibilities. I support DeFI projects only coinmarketcap listed. Chainlink, aave and uniswap are my three favourites DeFI projects.

I agree. But instead of going full in one thing, diversification will be good, I think. We just entered into 2021 and we will see a new trend as well. But similar to ICOs, DeFi trend may continue for this year as well. So, I was planning to diversify investment to DeFi and other trends.

The 2021 year is start now and this time crypto market bull is start and the crypto market go high day by day but just some coins like the BTC, ETH, LTC these coins are go to high and the others are no go high but soon those coins start go high after the 15 January 2021.

NFT and DeFi will boom in 2021. Arts on NFT are being auctioned and sold at the insane price indeed. I mean do people really put such a huge amount on arts that is even being auctioned online? I am out for NFT.
However, DeFi is the trend of my interest. GRT exploded right after exchange listing and there are many such booming DeFi projects. The only fear is their security as a few of them got hacked. However, I am closely watching Benchmark Protocol ($MARK).

Benchmark Protocol is a Supply Elastic Collateral and Hedging Device, Driven by the Volatility Index. The protocol operates as a rules-based utility that dynamically adjusts supply based on the CBOE volatility index (VIX) and deviations from the target metric - equal to 1 Special Drawing Rights (SDR) unit. The first supply adjustment has been accomplished a few days ago. So, I think SDR implementation is unique and never achieved before. So, once other DeFi projects start considering it to reduce volatility and be on a safer side, the early adopter $MARK will enjoy the increase.

Since the beginning of Polkadot's appearance on the market, I have fallen in love and still idolize him.
Almost all projects that choose an eco system using the polkadot eco system have been successful, but currently I am still investigating a new project that says partnering with polkadot, and he claims to be fully supported by Polkadot (REEF)

We are no on 2021 beginning and already got a record market . Most of the projects DeFI projects are booming and specially aave , uniswap, chainlink and Comp . I don't invest any new DeFI projects. I only invested only listed DeFI projects in coinmarketcap.

It makes difference in crypto space as stablecoins like USDT are not backed totally and once SEC questions them, they will be drowned.

Yeah, I agree. Polkadot ecosystem is becoming a leader for IDOs. I wonder why hasn't Binance come with such platform. CZ is launching many products in 2021 so maybe one of them will be IDO launchpad.

Plotx is one project I am looking into, prediction market may finally hit the Cryptospace this year, during US election some of them gain more traction and I feel they are greatly undervalued now, so I am looking into them. Plotx for me is easy money, 10X atleast

I support top ranked DeFI projects listed on various exchanges, chainlink, polkadot, aave , compound, yearns finance and keep3r are my favourite DeFI projects. DAI is my favourite stable DeFI.

Yes, Polkadot and Chainlink will be the tokens of the most prominent DeFi project this year. For other DeFi tokens I don't think that they will become popular anymore, unless they have a large community that continues to support them.

Yeah, I agree. They offer unique application and I think interchain connectivity will be implemented and function with the help of DeFi ecosystem for sure.

In the year of 2020 to in this time I also not see any good project. This is very harmful to this project. But now time it's popularity more increase. Many peoples are now invest in this project. I hope future days coming very good project.

The greatest one of the halving year 2020 already ended but we can realise that some top rankings decentralised projects are always worthy to invest. I support as my favourite decentralised finance projects list ... chainlink, aave, dot , synthetrix, yfi , compound, sushi, uni and kava ...

I haven't anyygood projects in my mind in the end of 2020. This is Shocked news for all. But now DeFi had relished very good projects another by another. I hope future this project more developed.

You have just listed those projects that many cryptocurrency users have very high hopes for. Perhaps if the market trend continues at the same pace as it is today, then these projects will show quite good results in the future.
