There are so many cryptocurrencies out there but most people are using the major cryptocurrency Bitcoin, but there is also another currency ETHEREUM. People are accepting it as a payment and also using it for investment purposes as well.
Why are you using Ethereum for?

A lot of blockchains nowadays that are available to use with faster transaction and popular. Ethereum is one of the famous and strong coin that even today a lot of people use their service due to the fact that a lot of altcoins are still trusting erc20. Do I use it? Yes sometime but not all the time.

Long term investment. Don't make transactions very often, as the gas fees are very high. I rather use BNB instead. Can also be used with Metamask but much cheaper gas fees.

For start in crypto I immediately choose to work with Ethereum. Reason why is because of his compatibillty starting from network ,blockchain and its value. Ether goes to right way with lowering gas fee and protecting user privacy. I would always use like payment method everywhere it can be possible and it is quite worlds popular coin.
