1- Should I invest? - yes, absolutely you should invest, but only invest money that you spend on harmful activities - set aside your tobacco/alcohol/paid sex/drugs money and invest them, even if you end up loosing your investment - you will still benefit.

Yeah, now is the time to start investing before it becomes very expensive to invest. Though they are rich guys who may afford to buy when prices are high (for instance buying bitcoin $20000), but it is good to buy when prices are a bit lower.
I suggest you invest on Litecoin, ETH, EOS.

Actually investment in the ICOs projects, IEOs projects are not high risk if we know more about the investment into cryptocurrencies such as money management in cryptocurrencies investment (for example i did not made investment in ICOs/IEOs projects no more than 5% of my capital gain from trading alternatives coins) and the investment into ICO/IEOs projects are not high risk if we know more information about the projects such as the legalitation of projects and the team behind the projects, unfortunatelly there are no many people who do research more about that.

If you find tokens which are new but have very good potential, this is the right time to invest in them. The market seems to be mostly green this year, and these tokens can gain pretty well.

Yes i agree with you today is good time for buying alternatives coins, we still have chance to getting cheap of alternatives coins until 2020 because in couples month later we will get the halving block of litecoin it will make cryptocurrencies price goes down and on 2020 bitcoin will get the halving block too and it will make the alternatives coins price goes down too, so i just think buy the alternatives coins for long term investment at least for two year later than just buy and sell for short term investment (trading alternatives coins).

Actually we come to believe that when altcoins market is downtrending is always right time to buy altcoins reason been that that's the only when to buy altcoins in a low rate for profit making sake, if not for profit making reason people should even be buying altcoins when the cryptocurrency market is in a high side but I don't think that is advice able to do when the altcoins already moon.

Are you sure? What altcoins are increasing their prices? I don't see any altcoins increasing their prices today, most of them are decreasing very badly.
