I was wondering why the conference on cryptocurrency issues is being held at the time of the coronavirus pandemic, when almost the whole world introduced a strict quarantine regime and even the Olympic Games and the European football championship were postponed to next year. However, the article proposed by reference states that the conference is postponed and will be held from September 10 to 13. Well, this is more realistic in terms of time, although it is possible that by September restrictive measures will not be lifted.
