Monero’s future is bright. I expect that it will eventually eclipse BTC, but we are still a few years away from that.

Well, there are important coins apart from Bitcoin.
Definitely some of them are on the top 10.

I think Monero is unlikely to replace Bitcoin. This will never happen. Bitcoin can only move Ethereum and it takes a lot of time. And it might happen.

Monero is a coin best for long term investment. But now the popularity has increased a lot. Has been fighting a lot with the market since 2014. I think the #DevelopmentTeam is constantly playing a role in its development. The price of monero is constantly rising with the price of cryptocurrencies.

In my opinion, apart from bitcoin, ethereum and bitcoin cash are the most important cryptocurrencies. Because these two cryptocurrencies have a fairly large valuation, and are well known by many global crypto users.

I think Ethereum deserves to call as most important crypto besides Bitcoin. We all know that Ethereum has multi-functions and used by various platforms in the crypto world. That's why people call Ethereum as a queen of crypto, or the king of altcoins.

In my opinion, it will depend on what the altcoin is. However if we talk about general thig, I think that Ethereum is the best choice. This is like a queen of crypto and will be always following BTC. The trading volume and cap are very high in the market also.

There are many important cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin. I think all top coins are important in this crypto world. They have many holders and people use them every time in crypto exchanges to sell-trade. So, it is important for me, you can count all the top coins on CMC or CoinGecko.

Maybe the OP has another point of view about this coin.
Monero is a privacy coin and some exchanges remove monero from the list for that reason.
If you think about investing, Monero is certainly a good choice before we see the price actually go up

Bitcoin should have the first to be Monero, but we know that private coins can have a hard time in the face of regulations coming from many big governments. Ideally speaking, the government should not ahve a factor with cryptocurrency, but we are living in a reality and not in a vacuum. Regulations are in place and no coin can ever grow as it should be without being subject to regualtions. Of course, there will be many to object on this idea but can anybody really go against the government on this regard? Japan has already expressed its plan to limit the use of private coins. And I am sure that there will be a time when even USA can be following the lead. Now, it is safe to say that China and Russia are two countries no friendly to private coins even if it can allow Bitcoin in the future.

There are many coins that are important besides bitcoin, but I don't think that means that any altcoin will ever surpass or replace bitcoin. BTC has established itself very strongly in the market.

It’s clear that Ethereum has got the edge in terms of technology, as well as some impressive support from industry-leading companies. My expectations are, Ethereum might enjoy steady growth in the next few years.

Apart from Bitcoin, I chose Ethereum and Polkadot for coins which are very important to me. For me Monero is too private, the tools for conducting transactions should be accessible to the public so that it is clear and does not arouse suspicion.

Of course, Monero is a good cryptocurrency, but I believe in the link, its capitalization is already great and the rate is still underestimated. I think that soon the course will be 35-45 dollars per link

Ton's of people have always suggested that an altcoin will take bitcoins top spot and it's been years now no altcoin has been able to match bitcoin even in terms of trade volume, the first spot is reserved for bitcoin alone, bitcoiners don't really care if monero gives more anonmity to a user , big investors will still choose bitcoin over any altcoin out there, bitcoin is the most decentralized crypto currency 8) TBH.

Monero? I don't think at all because we know that there are still some other good and promising altcoins that are following Bitcoin. They are likely Ethereum, DOT, ADA, BNB, and also LINK. However, it will also depend on each of us how our perspective on each coin

What's a miracle of trust wallet is !!! Today trust wallet Token (TWT) price jumped 0.15$ to $0.39 . It can't be predetermined any Token/ coins future. I think all cryptocurrencies are very important.

Trust pump so hard. Possible to reach $1 soon if there is huge demands from customers around the world. I agree there are a lot of important coins in crypto such as the crypto exchanges and DeFi tokens, and blockchain. There is a collaboration of cryptocurrency from one crypto bridge to connect into the other.

I think Monero can not be same as BTC because it's market is too far from BTC market and if you think after some year it may replace of BTC? there i will say BTC team will not sit for Monero. They will also work to improve their coin as ETH team improving their version. So BTC is unique and nobody can tough BTC.

For privacy there is nothing like Monero. As a platform to build, I think the best option is Ethereum, although we already know about transaction fee issues and a lot of competition is emerging lately, it still seems like a valid option. One coin with a promising future is BNB, an asset of the world's largest exchange. But without forgetting that all those coins owe their existence to Bitcoin.

Apart from BTC Eth is a great ceypto. It offers many facilities that can be used for many real world purposes. DOT is also trying to replace ETH but it is hard to replace ETH.
Monero is also a good crypto with its own facilities.
But i dont think none of the crypto can beat BTC. It is not goong tomhappen anytime soon.

I agree with you mate, I think Ethereum is important crypto currency other than bitcoin.. ERC20 is the most popular smart contract platform , Many projects have used ERC20 platform. As you said, this coin already familiar for years , many investors used it.

Me too agree to both of you. Ethereum is one of the most important cryptocurrency because Eth is the normal trend to develop new project. But recently smart chain is the trend because of Ethereum high gas transaction fee while in Bsc is very cheap. More tokens migrate to bsc. So ethereum and binance are both important cryptocurrency.

True talk. Different people have different reason to take a particular cryptocurrency to be very important to them and of cause, I think all those top coins could be seen as have made different impact on all those that have invested in them over the years.

Ethereum is of course the first choice of other coins besides Bitcoin which has good potential and price in the future, Ethereum is the king of Altcoins and of course all Crypto traders and investors already know this. Or we can try to choose BNB, these Coins from Binance Exchange are pretty good right now. Moreover, the BSC Network is currently being used by many new projects, making BNB even more expensive.

but if you talk will anyone turn ETH into position I think there will

I don't support any others coins excluding Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the king of all altcoins but some projects are very much popular and secured as like Bitcoin. You can invest in Binance Coin and litecoin.

When you say important coin, from what perspective are you driving from and to what conclusion? Every coins are important in their own forms, that is why their ideas where supported for it to stand. Monero is supported by you and it has its own importance from your perspective. ETH is number one out of all altcoins, cause it has its own form of technology called the smart contract and is a foundation layer for all altcoins under the smart contract, which majority of the coins in the market are. BNB is another fast growing coin that has a bright future on the long run, doge coin, dego etc. Every coins are important and their role to play in the crypto space.

I think Ethereum and BNB are the most important crypto currencies other than bitcoin. For monero, I think It's just good privacy coin but I don't like use it for my investment. Because I have read several issues about monero will be blocked at several countries

After Bitcoin, the unique good coins are the ones that are next to Bitcoin. But to me the few places that seem to be the best after Bitcoin are the Binance Coins BNB is currently going to be a contemporary of the BNP Coin Etherium platform. So I think BNB coin is better after Bitcoin.

For I think Ethereum and BNB, because many projects used ERC20 platform, and now, I see many new projects have used BSC from binance. So, in my opinion I think We all see BNB will have good progress at this year.

I'll take a closer look at BNB. Now bnb has started to show its fangs. They are at the top of the moment along with the BSC network which is very similar to ETH but very cheap in transacting on AMM exchange. This proves that BNB deserves to be the best in the future.

Apart from bitcoin, there are other good coins. Bitcoin is followed by ethereum, bnb. As we read about Bitcoin, all these coins have a place. As Bitcoin is known and popular, Etherium is much more popular than BNB. I myself am currently an investor in BNB Coins.

No, I still doubt about Monero, I think Monero is not the most important crypto currency other than bitcoin. In my opinion Ethereum and BNB are the most important crypto currencies. That's my opinion.

Are you sure, I saw some of my friends started mining this coin in 2018 and I think this coin is good for sending transactions because Monero is a privacy coin, however some exchanges delist this coin, I hope you need to think about that.

I agree with you. It is clear that Ethereum is the king of altcoins and BNB coin is the coin of the biggest exchange in the world. These two coins have big roles in crypto industry, I think these coins have bigger roles than Monero. Maybe other coins that also have big roles are Tron, EOS, XLM, and some of the top altcoins.

Can you tell me what kind of bright did you mean? Maybe you need to give some reasons why this coin is potential and also a bright future.
It is not about more important or not, but sometimes, the value of the coin itself can make people more interested in the coin. That is why we can still have a chance about getting Bitcoin as the best crypto.

If Elon musk tweet about monero in his profile bio , then monero will go to the moon. But compared with others cryptocurrencies, monero price don't increase . So how can I consider as a good investment coin like bitcoin.

I think the OP has created this thread with a lot of consideration as to why choose Monero.
There is a large selection of coins which have many advantages on each platform, all altcoins with open blockchain I think are good, because project developers can build new ideas and projects on the platform, we have seen good progress and good projects such as Binance, Ether, DoT, ADA and DeFi platforms are still investors' choices for long-term profits
