That's a really good info graphics about trading and investing. Both of these ventures are lucrative ways to make money on and off the crypto market even though it's more better in the crypto world since there is plenty of opportunities that abound in the space. I have done both trading and investing activities in crypto and I can't really say which one brings more money since they're both very lucrative. But I do like investing more since I only have to concern myself with project researches and making funds available to invest instead of reading charts and analyzing numerous market data.

I think trading is more profitable than investment in any particular coin or token but you have to be a good trader for getting more profit from crypto currency market by trading. Its not so easy to be a good trader. First of all you have to get more knowledge on the crypto market to be a good trader. What you say has happened to me too, fortunately it was small amounts. Anyway, in the world of cryptocurrencies we can never avoid 100% risks. Trading and investment seem quite similar since they have involve buying, although the big difference is that in trading you have be actively watch and trade cryptocurrencies in the market, while for investing an investor just have to buy a portion of a coin or buy a share of it and hold for long term, if I'm asked to choose I would still pick both of them since they have proven to be very lucrative.

I also have traded and invested, and I must say prefer investing over trading for many reasons, trading is time consuming, you spend a lot of time reading charts, analyzing markets, looking for coins with good entry price, all this are work that are capable of weighing the brain down, but investing, you just have to research the project and make sure it's a legit company and ones you have the fund available, you are good to go, investing also brings more money than trading, if you are lucky to invest in a very good coin set to explode, then you wil sitting in a large pool of money in no time.

I agree with what you said. Both trading and investing are great and both do not guarantee great profits if you do not do your home work on the projects to invest in and trade as well. It is highly important to have a good knowledge at least of the projects so that you will know if it is worth investing on for the long term or even if it is worth buying in for short term trading.
So while both of them are good option to making profits, knowledge of the projects is just as important.

It is true that since last year bitcoin has changed from a long-term to a short-term investment. with active price movements it is clear that it is great for day trading. but please understand that there should also be experience in working like day trading.

True. I still to Invest in long term than trading even though I must have been tempted to trade once in a while just to get the hang of it and I believe I can be good at it with more trades but I most definitely like to go with investing which is less stressful but even though both can be profitable.

Like you said investment and trading are lucrative, there are both beneficial but there have differences. Investment seems to be more easy because all you gats do is to make research about the project buy and hodl, while in trading you have to gather much knowledge about the market so as to know when to jump in and out of the market, and also trading is much more risky than investment.

I actually think if you don't have much capital, it is better to trade (although fees can be a bigger issue with smaller sums). But with trading you can take advantage of shorter term price movements and if you do it often enough, profits accumulate. While with investing you have to wait a lot for profits to happen. I agree, though, that trading is much more stressful.

Guys, I'm a crypto trader since 2015 (my free Telegram group: @BuyMeCrypto). Throughout these years I boiled it down to a few rules:
- never invest more than you afford to lose (I know that's common)
- never invest in short-term money that you need soon (the market can go against you)
- day trading can't compete with long-term investments if you're not an experienced trader.

Technically trading is also investing so I think what you are talking about is holding vs trading. You can buy a coin and hold it for 1 or more years and enjoy massive growth if that project has that potential. On the other hand, you can move from one project to another with 20% or 50% profits and enjoy investing in so many crypto currencies.

Investment is almost always better choice except if you have big capital for day-trade. For me im not a whale so i prefer investment over trading. My strategy is analyzing market trends and innovative projects,doing a lot of research about developer team for seems if they are promising. Currently im targeting to invest on Web3.0 projects and one of my favorite is $CIRUS,still at low market cap and seems profitable to me,great developer team (Former Apple CEO joins them),and very innovative.If you trust the project you should invest on generously and wait for serious profits.

Mate, everything is profitable when you manage to analyze the coins you have, I did Hold Free coins for more than 3 years and the price doubled, you I bought SHIB before being listed on Binance, maybe it will be a different story, luck is part of the profit, without it you will experience losses due to choosing the wrong coin for trading or long-term investment.
