When the market pump starts many new users invest in it and they hope that their investment will return the huge profit as Bitcoin was predicted to reach $100k but BTC stops at $60k and after that its price is continuously drowning and BTC market its stability position. So all new users are advised to stop investment in it until you are able to hold.

At the first place Bitcoin is unstable. Those who bought at $55K are now in regrets but of course they feel uncomfortable due to the fact that they bought during hype. Now, new investors can buy Bitcoin and hold. They could have almost double in value than those who bought at $55K. Time to buy and hold for new investors. If another dip may happen, just hold BTC. Those who hold are not lose. But those who sold during decline are loser.

@msz900 buying Bitcoin (or any other cryptocurrency) during a bull run is insane, a huge mistake many people make, especially newbies. I can't understand how people could buy Bitcoin at $60,000 or more, what did they think?, that it would continue to rise to infinity?. Unfortunately, it is a harsh lesson that many must learn. We must buy when everyone sells, not the other way around, that can make us earn a lot of money.

The call to newbies not to buy bitcoin now may already be untimely. Today the bitcoin price has dropped below $ 30,000 and is now $ 29,701. If it does not continue to fall, then you can and should buy bitcoin. However, there is a forecast that due to the fact that its price has practically stood in one place for too long, it may fall down to $ 10,000. Then it will certainly be possible to buy.

It didn't go below 31k, but it went down to 29k at night. Now my hope is gone. At this rate, spring will not come to altcoins again. I am waiting in altcoins and if btc does not rise, the rise of altcoins will remain very weak. I hope we will see better days again soon.

Be a diamond hand hodlers and it won't matter what's going on with bitcoin as it'll always be on uptrend movement ( Just look into the bitcoin chart from it's beginning point ). Also, it just looks like the same situation of 2017-18 when many users bought bitcoin at pick point, those are now on profits. So every investors will be on profit in the long run which would take times, IMHO. 8)

Bear markets are longer and tougher than bullish ones, so it's always worth making sure you don't invest more than you're willing to lose, and always do your research before making any trades.

As always, the bullish period can only last for weeks while the claws of the bear market can last for months and months and this can be quite depressing for the many of us who are just ordinary investors and have limited funds. No wonder that when the bear strikes many can feel the panic and will eventually sell at a loss. It is quite easy to say "BUY THE DIP" but if you have been buying at the dip you realize that the dip continues to dig deeper and deeper and the result is a regret why you have not waited for some time before making the move. Oh well, this is what I hate on the crypto market...but we have no choice but to just close our eyes and continue on holding hoping that soon there will be a strong rebound. Hoping, hoping and hoping.

I guess the whales want to collect crypto coins cheaply. He constantly plays with bitcoins like a cat plays with a mouse. It takes you up and down. This time it went over 30k again. It went down to the lowest level of 29k yesterday.

Honestly, I was waiting for this drop to buy more good altcoins like NEAR, EOS, DOT or ETH.

The price of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies may rise significantly no earlier than the fourth quarter, and then if there is no more bad news. In the summer months, this is almost impossible. You cannot claim the price increase of BTC stop in $60k before 2021 ends. There are still some months left and it means there is a possibility of BTC price to increase again, even more than $60k. If you are BTC holder, it is very pity to see this comment, you should be more confident as a BTC holder. 2021 isn't over yet, why do you give up already? :P

It is a usual bitcoin pattern, it does not go up continuously, it certainly must come down. As we know, as others are investing/holding, so also many are liquidating/selling at any point in time. Some people that bought at above $30k or below $30k must definitely have sold at $65k or even below the Btc"all time high". This fluctuations trends will continue, and I think it is normal situation.

I agree with that, not ready don't go. Most people push too hard about profit but this is market, all risk should count. Like or not, wait until pass 30k is better for buy back, don't worry bitcoin can recover anytime but need time, be patient.

Bitcoin is now at the $32K level and if one entered the BTC market at 30K or even better at 29K then there is already some good profits available. Now, if one is into holding for the long-term then this can already be a good level to enter. We are all hoping that eventually Bitcoin can be stronger in the remaining days of July as we need on to August. However, we know that any level can a trap so we still have to be very careful.

Exactly, I agree with you. I'm not sure I can call or think that what we're seeing now at $32,000 is a (partial) recovery for Bitcoin and the rest of the market. Personally, I think it could be another jump from the dead cat that would cause short term investors to fall into a very dangerous trap, but the differences up and down are so small the danger is less, we will see what happens in a few hours.

This is a real sign to all Bitcoin holders that Bitcoin price still has a chance to grow again. What we need is to be patient since it is in a downfall phase. A few hours ago Bitcoin exceeded $34,500, but for very little. Now the question is if it could break that barrier or if on the contrary it would go down again. If we look at the global capitalization, I don't think it reaches $35,000 as a lot of money goes into Ethereum, although as we already know, nothing is really what it seems and at any moment things can change completely, that is why personally at this moment I prefer to observe without doing anything.

Me too. I think it is too undecided for now for me to be trading safely, so I am waiting and watching.
