In our society today, many people tend to dream big or aim to archive big things and at the end, most of them just leave and forget about their dreams, based on the way the society treats them.
It is proper to dream big or aim high in life, but the question is how can I achieve my goals?
This is what many people can and will come up with different ideas and solutions to solve the problem, but at the core level there are factors that one must consider, which are ;
1. working on yourself
2. Differentiate between Goals from pleasure
One can prepare his/ her self in order to achieve goals, and that is the key factor that will be very necessary for everybody. You can turn your innovative ideas and your skills too to a dream, but in order to achieve your dreams you have to do and perfect what your passion is, you can also work towards it, doe it might take time for some dreams to come through but you have to be consistent in what you do...
There are some things we just do for fun, and in other to achieve our goals we have to be able to differentiate our goals from them too.

I agree with the two points you have stated. If someone actually has a big dream that they want to achieve, they start by improving themselves towards that career, doing things that add value to them. If someone doesn't add value to themselves, there is no way anyone will value them in society. For example, we have lawyers, doctors, engineers, and other professionals who are really important people in society today. People who were able to archive those professions (titles) did not do it by folding arms and legs and doing nothing; they actually studied at the university for 2 to 3 years and also did other programs that helped them to acquire a wide knowledge in that field.
